U.S. Permanent Residence (Green Card) Under Section 245(i)

Helping people who started the process of legalization back in 2001 but for whatever reason did not complete the process. Assistance with refilling for Permanent Residence even after withdrawal, revocation or denial.

EB-1 International Executive or Manager;
EB-1 Persons of Extraordinary Ability in the Arts, Science, or Business;
EB-1 Outstanding Researcher;
